Right of Withdrawal

Consumers generally have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period begins on the day on which the consumer, or a third party designated by the consumer who is not the carrier, has received the final goods.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the consumer must inform the seller of their decision by means of an unequivocal statement.

A model withdrawal form may be used for this purpose, but it is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for the consumer to send the notification concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

If you withdraw from this contract, all payments received from you, including the costs of the least expensive standard delivery offered, must generally be reimbursed.

Additional costs arising from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered will not be refunded.

Reimbursement will be made using the same means of payment as used for the initial transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise.

The seller may withhold reimbursement until the returned goods have been received or until evidence of return shipment has been provided.

The customer must send back the goods no later than 14 days from the day on which the withdrawal from this contract is declared.

The direct costs of returning the goods are borne by the customer.

The customer is only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

Please handle the items with care and avoid damage or contamination.

Whenever possible, the goods should be returned complete with all accessories and packaging components.

If the original packaging is no longer available, suitable protective packaging should be used.

Please do not return parcels with postage due (unfree).

Please note that these general instructions are not a prerequisite for the effective exercise of the statutory right of withdrawal.
