EXCHANGE PROCESS

EXCHANGES

Orders can be exchanged for a different variant or an item of equal value within 14 days of receipt.

HOW TO EXCHANGE AN ITEM

  1. Register your exchange in the returns portal

    Start by opening the returns portal.

    Enter your:

    • Order number

    • Email address

    Next, select the item you would like to exchange.

    Depending on the product, you can then select options such as:

    • A different size

    • A different color

    • An item of comparable value

  2. Receive your return slip

    After registering, you will receive the required return slip via email.

    Print this slip out and place it inside your return parcel so that it is clearly visible.

  3. Prepare your parcel

    Pack the item securely to ensure it is adequately protected during transit.

    The return shipping label must be purchased separately by the customer from a shipping carrier of their choice.

  4. Send back the exchange

    Ship your return to:

IMPORTANT NOTES ON EXCHANGES

If you purchased a bundle, you do not need to return the entire set.

For example, if you only wish to exchange a single bracelet, simply send back that specific item.

Similarly, individual items from a standard order can be exchanged independently of the rest of your purchase.

Exchanges are possible for options including:

  • A different size

  • A different color

  • A comparable product within the same price range

A tracked and insured shipping method is strongly recommended for the return to our warehouse.

DISPATCH OF YOUR REPLACEMENT ITEM

Once received, your returned item will be inspected.

Following inspection, your replacement item will be dispatched within approximately 7 to 12 business days.

Shipping costs for sending the replacement item to you will be covered.
