These Terms and Conditions apply to all contracts for goods concluded via the online shop between the seller and their customers.

Customers may be both consumers and entrepreneurs.

A consumer is any natural person who enters into a transaction primarily for private purposes. An entrepreneur is any natural or legal person, or legal partnership, acting in the exercise of their commercial or independent professional activity.

Deviating terms and conditions of the customer shall only apply if expressly agreed to.

The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer by the seller.

By completing the electronic ordering process and clicking the final order button, the customer submits a binding offer to purchase the goods contained in the shopping cart.

The seller may accept this offer, in particular by sending an order confirmation, an invoice/payment request, or by dispatching the ordered goods.

The text of the contract is stored after conclusion and provided to the customer in an appropriate format, primarily via email.

Before submitting the order, the customer can review and correct their details.

Order processing is handled primarily automatically via email. The customer must therefore provide a correct and accessible email address.

Consumers are generally entitled to a statutory right of withdrawal.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, prices indicated in the online shop are final prices.

Any additional shipping costs will be displayed to the customer prior to completing the order.

For deliveries outside the European Union, additional customs duties, import taxes, or other fees may apply.

Available payment methods are shown during the checkout process.

Depending on the selection offered, payment services such as PayPal, Shopify Payments, Apple Pay, Google Pay, or Klarna may be available.

Individual payment methods may be subject to the supplementary terms of the respective payment service provider.

Delivery is made to the shipping address specified by the customer during the ordering process.

If additional costs arise because delivery fails for reasons attributable to the customer, these costs may be charged to the customer to the extent permitted by law.

For consumers, the risk of accidental loss or damage during transit generally transfers only upon handover of the goods.

If a product is unavailable despite proper procurement, the seller may withdraw from the contract subject to statutory conditions. Any payments already received will be refunded promptly in such cases.

Self-collection by the customer is not available.

The delivered goods remain the property of the seller until full payment of the purchase price has been received.

Statutory warranty rights apply to consumers.

Deviating provisions may apply to entrepreneurs to the extent permitted by law.

Obvious transport damage should be reported directly to the delivery carrier whenever possible. Failure to submit such a report does not affect the statutory rights of a consumer.

The seller is liable without limitation in cases of intent, gross negligence, and for injury to life, body, or health.

Mandatory statutory liability, in particular under applicable product liability laws, remains unaffected.

In cases of slight negligence involving the breach of essential contractual obligations, liability may be limited to the typically foreseeable damage to the extent permitted by law.

These contractual relationships shall be governed by German law.

For consumers, this choice of law must not deprive them of mandatory statutory protections granted by the laws of their country of habitual residence.

The seller may declare whether they are willing or obligated to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.

The specific declaration is to be inserted in accordance with the actual circumstances of the business.
